Reiki is a complimentary healing technique used for stress reduction and relaxation.

Helping to gently stimulate and revitalise the body's healing energy flow, it can restore harmony and balance on all levels: mental, emotional, and physical. It is usually practised in-person but can be sent to you long-distance or via a phone or video call, where the effects of the healing can be just as beneficial and powerful.

Reiki is for people of all ages and is used for a wide range of medical conditions. It can be practiced alongside other treatments but should not be used as a replacement for medical care.
